Three men have been arrested in connection with a pair of robberies on the Rowan University campus last month, according to university spokesperson Joe Cardona Wednesday evening.

    The 3 suspects include 23 year-old Lance Husser, 20 year-old Landis Husser, and 23 year-old Ernest Watson.

Husser and Husser have been charged with armed robbery and assault.  Watson is being charged with robbery and assault.

During a press conference at Rowan this morning, police announced that they have recovered a gun that might have been used during the robberies.

The suspects were arrested at their homes in Salem County between noon and 2 p.m. Wednesday. The suspects are not students at Rowan.

Police said three male students were robbed at gunpoint on November 11, after following a shortcut onto campus.

About 10 minutes later, a second student was robbed at an apartment complex just off campus.

The attacks happened a year after another Rowan students was beaten to death during a robbery outside a local convenience store.

Donald Farrell’s killer has never been found.

Police say the 3 men that were arrested for recent robberies are not connected to Farrell's murder.
