Teens Shoot Man Sitting on His Front Stoop

A man, sitting on his front steps, was shot by two teens late Tuesday in Philadelphia, police say.

The 26-year-old victim was shot around 11 p.m. on Tuesday outside his home along the 2100 block of West Spencer Street in the Germantown section of the city, police say.

Investigators said the two teens, one on a bike, passed the man and exchanged words. One of the teens then pulled out the gun and fired at least six shots. They then fled the scene.

The man was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center with a wound to his right thigh. He's listed in stable condition, police said.

Both teens are described as thin with one wearing a black shirt and the other a white shirt.
