Teen Shot in Car in Kensington

16-year-old expected to survive

Police are investigating a shooting that left a 16-year-old boy wounded in the Kensington section of Philadelphia early Saturday morning.

Investigators say that the boy, whose name has not been released, was shot in a car in the 2000 block of Clementine Street at around 6:30 a.m. He was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
