An 18-year-old man was killed after an early morning crash in the Frankford section of the city.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. in the 4200 block of Torresdale Avenue. Police say Francis Moll lost control of his car and slammed into the back of a parked tow truck.
Two passengers in Moll’s car also suffered injuries.
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
