A teenage boy was critically injured when he fell off the hood of a moving vehicle that was traveling behind a southern New Jersey business.
Authorities say the 16-year-old suffered head trauma in the accident that occurred Monday night in Stafford.
He apparently was with a group of friends behind a department store and jumped on the hood of a vehicle. A 17-year-old then started driving and the 16 year-old soon fell off.
His friends took him to a hospital, but he was later flown to a trauma center. He remained hospitalized Wednesday, but further details on his condition have not been disclosed.
No charges have been filed in the matter, but an investigation is ongoing.
