Police arrested a teenage boy who they claim got a bit too excited while using a computer at a public library in Cinnaminson.
On Sunday at 4:22 p.m., Cinnaminson Police arrived at a public library on Riverton Road for a lewdness report.
Police arrested a 17-year-old teen who they say was masturbating while using a computer in the children's section of the library. Both juveniles and adults were present while the teen performed the act, according to investigators.
The teen was arrested and charged on a juvenile complaint with Aggravated Criminal sexual contact and lewdness. He was released to the custody of his parents.
