The man behind the wheel of a taxi cab that hit an 88-year-old Atlantic City woman has been arrested for leaving the scene.
Jean A. Sene, 53, was charged on Friday.
Sene was driving the cab that hit Bu Do Ju, 88, right outside her home on Pacific Avenue last Saturday, according to police.
Sene allegedly fled the scene. The victim was then hit a second time by a jitney shuttle bus, police said.
