The second floor of the Federal Courthouse at 6th and Market Street in Philadelphia was evacuated earlier this morning after a suspicious letter was sent there.
Fire crews were on the scene investigating the building to make sure it was safe.
As of 10:45 a.m., everybody was allowed to return inside.
