Police are searching for two suspects in a frightening armed robbery. One allegedly threatened a man at knife point in the parking lot of a Northeast Philadelphia convenience store on Thursday.
According to investigators, a customer walked out of the 7-11 at 2900 Cottman Avenue and was threatened by one of the suspects. Police say the alleged thief put the knife to his victim's throat and demanded his property.
When he got what he wanted, police say, suspect jumped into a waiting car and the driver took off.
Investigators are looking for a red or burgundy, small to medium sized vehicle with PA tag #HSS-7257.
