Puppy heist caught on surveillance camera ends with two of the three puppies returned – one emaciated

Three puppies were stolen from an Atlantic County car repair shop June 7. Two of the puppies were recently returned by people who gave no explanation as to where the baby pit bulls had been.

One of the puppies came back emaciated.

NBC Philadelphia released the exclusive surveillance video from the car repair shop in Pleasantville, N.J. June 7, which showed two men stealing the three puppies at about 4:30 a.m.

The three pit bull puppies were seven weeks old at the time of the theft.

The third puppy is still missing. Police say no one has been arrested or charged in the case.
