A 44-year-old mother who was found guilty of attempting to sell sex for Phillies World Series tickets isn't getting what she wants again.
A judge has denied a new trial for Susan Finkelstein who was convicted of attempted prostitution for sending topless photos to an undercover police officer and offering sex in exchange for World Series tickets.
A Bucks County jury in March convicted the Philadelphia woman of trying to swap sex for tickets to a Phillies-Yankees game last fall.
Judge Albert Cepparulo on Friday turned down her request for a mistrial.
Finkelstein said she intended to flirt with whoever answered her Craigslist ad describing herself as a buxom blonde in desperate need of tickets.
But Finkelstein denies ever calling herself a prostitute or agreeing to offer sexual favors for the tickets.
"It's 2010, it's not a crime to have a condom in your purse, it's not a crime to flirt and it's not a crime to text partially nude photos of yourself," defense attorney Bill Brennan said back in March.

Finkelstein’s sentencing is set for Thursday. The charge carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison.
