Young women targeted for sex ring

A New York City man has been indicted in connection with a prostitution ring in Philadelphia.

Justin Williams, 38, also known as “New York Ice” and “Pimp Juice” is accused of trafficking in minors, according the U.S. Attorney, Zane Memeger.

Between November 2011 and January 2012, Williams recruited young women to work as prostitutes according to the indictment.
