Sandy Relief Programs Seek Volunteers

Relief groups are looking for volunteers, just two years after Hurricane Sandy hit the Jersey Shore.

Officials with Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund -- chaired by New Jersey's First Lady Mary Pat Christie --  told NBC10 there has been a lot of progress since 2012, but there's still more work to do.

Here are a few options If you're interested in volunteering:

ATLANTIC COUNTY

A Future With Hope
Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014
Join volunteers and community leaders to build a human chain. Recovery items will be passed down the chain during construction.
