Rutgers RA Testifies in Webcam Spy Case

Tyler Clementi killed himself a day after he talked to the resident assistant, authorities say.

A Rutgers University resident assistant has been called to testify in the New Jersey trial of a former student charged with using a webcam to spy on his roommate's intimate encounter with another man.

But Raahi Grover isn't allowed to tell jurors exactly what Tyler Clementi told him. Clementi killed himself by jumping off the George Washington Bridge in September 2010, days after the intimate encounter.

Former roommate Dharun Ravi faces 15 criminal charges, including bias intimidation and invasion of privacy. He isn't charged in Clementi's death.

Grover said Wednesday that Clementi seemed uncomfortable when he came to see him about something that happened hours before. Grover says he filed a report to university officials about it.
