Route 322 in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey is shut down in both directions after a pedestrian was struck by a car.
The victim was on Route 322 and English Creek Avenue Wednesday night when he or she was struck by a vehicle.
The victim was taken to the hospital where he or she is in extremely critical condition.
Route 322 is closed both ways at English Creek Ave. as police continue to investigate the crash. Police say it was not a hit-and-run.
