Princeton Student Burned in Lab Accident

A Princeton employee told NBC10 a female student was working in the lab when she accidentally broke a container and was exposed to a chemical.

A student is in the hospital after an accident inside a Princeton University lab.

It happened around 1:20 p.m. at the Frick Laboratory on 120 Washington Road. A Princeton employee told NBC10 a female student was working in the lab when she accidentally broke a container and was exposed to a chemical.

The student suffered minor chemical burns and was taken to the hospital. The laboratory was evacuated and will remain closed pending an inspection and clean up.
