The power is out Friday morning at two buildings at the Parke Towne Place Complex in Center City.
The buildings are located on the 2200 block of the Ben Franklin Parkway.
NBC10 called PECO, but they say this is not a problem on their end.
The outage is being blamed on the building's internal electrical system.
