Police were forced to Tase an Allentown man wanted for biting a woman’s breast after he took off on foot, reports The Morning Call.
Thirty-nine-year-old Anthony Troutman allegedly grabbed a woman and bit her breast on September 27. He’s been wanted ever since, according to the Morning Call.
The paper reports that on Tuesday, an Allentown officer recognized Troutman as he was walked down the street. The officer stopped him and asked for identification.
Troutman responded by taking off on foot.
He was caught a few blocks away when another officer Tasered him, says The Morning Call.
The breast-biter is facing multiple charges, including assault and resisting arrest.
