Authorities in New Jersey are searching for a young man whose vehicle was found abandoned near a swamp.

The Morris County Prosecutor's office says 24-year-old Stephen Marano of Madison was reported missing on Saturday.
Authorities say a vehicle belonging to Marano has been located near the Great Swamp in Chatham Township.
Police describe him as a white male, approximately 5'9'', 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may have a close cut hair cut or a shaved head, and was last seen wearing dark pants and a dark colored sweatshirt.
Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact police.
