The Delaware County Daily Times says Radnor Township police have reopened the investigation into the 1993 murder of 34-year-old Jennifer Tong of Marple Township.

Police said the mother of two was taken from her home and later found shot to death in her car in the Villanova section of Radnor.

Investigators said the part-time waitress may have had nearly $2,000 with her at the time.

News reports at the time indicated that police were investigating possible gang involvement, but authorities said Thursday that all possibilities are being investigated.

The Citizen's Crime Commission is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
