NE Philly Police Investigate String of Break-Ins

Northeast detectives are investigating a string of break-ins at three area businesses along Roosevelt Boulevard early Sunday morning.

All three burglaries were reported 8 a.m. but occurred sometime overnight, police say.

A front window was smashed at both Anego’s Pizza and Happy Garden located on the 9900 block of Roosevelt Boulevard but no items were taken, according to police.

A front window was also smashed at Fat Jack’s BBQ on the 10000 block of Roosevelt Boulevard. Police say $80 was taken from the register.

Police think all three burglaries are linked. There was no surveillance video at any of these stores.

There are no suspects at this time.
