2 Pizza Robberies in 1 Minute

Two pizza men were robbed in the same minute in a Pennsylvania city struggling to combat recent thefts.

In a city recently plagued by food delivery robberies, Pittsburgh police are dealing with something new: two pizza-related robberies in the same minute.

Police say a driver reported at 1:31 a.m. Wednesday that he was robbed by two men -- one with a long gun -- after he delivered a pizza to a residence in the city's Hill District. The crime-ridden neighborhood was the inspiration for NBC's Hill Street Blues in the 1980s.

At the same minute, police were called to an armed robbery at a Domino's Pizza on the city's South Side, a working-class area that's been redeveloped into a haven for bars, restaurants and night clubs.

The store manager says two men with guns made him empty his pockets and the cash register.

No suspects have been named or charged in either robbery.
