Police are investigating three homicides that occurred overnight in Philly.
Police first responded to “Buffy’s Bar” on the 2000 block of Dennie Street around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday for a report of a shooting and a person with a gun.
When they arrived, they found an unidentified 24-year-old man who had been shot once in the back near his left shoulder.
The man was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 12:56 a.m.
Another shooting occurred shortly before 1 a.m. on the 600 block of Spring Garden Street. Police say a 21-year-old man was shot once in the chest by an unidentified gunman.
The victim was taken to Hahnemann Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 3:09 a.m. Police are not releasing the man’s identity pending family notification.
The final shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. on the 5900 block of Addison Street. When police arrived at the scene they found a 24-year-old man lying on the front steps of the home, suffering from gunshot wounds to the head and torso.

The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:50 a.m. His identity has not been released pending family notification.
