A 28-year-old man has pleaded guilty to slashing the tires of dozens of cars in Philadelphia earlier this year.

Harry Gaines pleaded guilty Friday to 168 counts of criminal mischief, conspiracy and related counts. His bail was immediately revoked and he is scheduled to be sentenced in January.
Residents of a west Philadelphia neighborhood woke up Jan. 7 to find 56 vehicles had their tires slashed, some with multiple tires flattened.
Surveillance cameras in the area captured video of two suspects puncturing tires.
Gaines admitted he slashed the tires as he walked down the street with his half-sister, Aleze Lewis.
Her attorney says she was there but not involved.
