Thousands of people, including Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, attended the annual Philadelphia Pride Parade and Festival at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing Sunday. This year’s event, which is the largest celebration of LGBT pride in the region, marked the 50th anniversary of the 1965 LGBT picketing at Independence Hall.
