A second Philadelphia principal fired over a cheating scandal could get her job back after an appeals court ruling.
Philly.com reports that Commonwealth Court sided with an arbitrator who said there was no evidence that Marla Travis-Curtis was part of widespread cheating at her school.
Travis-Curtis was fired from Lamberton School in 2014 after the discovery of systematic cheating on standardized tests.

School district officials have not yet decided if they will appeal the ruling.
On April 13, judges ruled in favor of another principal, Michelle Burns. The judges say Burns also failed to prevent cheating but was not part of it.
Robin Cooper, president of principals union, said she hopes both cases are resolved quickly so Travis-Curtis and Burns can return to work.
