Philadelphia police say a driver was drunk when he struck a 16-year-old pedestrian.
Police have yet to release the name of the driver or the girl who was hit about 8 p.m. Thursday in northeast Philadelphia.
Police say the girl's arm was broken and she suffered a possible concussion.
The driver is being charged with drunken driving.
