A western Pennsylvania man charged in one child-luring incident in February and suspected of two others has been arrested in Ohio.
Pennsylvania State Police say 58-year-old Kenneth Stafford, of Perry Township, Mercer County, was reported missing by family members on April 15, a day after police announced they had charged him in the Feb. 24 incident and suspected him in others on April 6 and 13.
Police say Stafford - or someone fitting his description - drove up to children in a pickup and tried to get them into the vehicle by offering them candy, a ride or asking them to help find a lost dog.
State police say the Ohio Highway Patrol found Stafford on Monday. He's jailed in Ohio awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
Court records don't list a defense attorney.
