A Philadelphia jeweler accused of being a "peeping tom" is in court Thursday for a preliminary hearing.
Benjamin Sorkin allegedly videotaped employees with a hidden camera in the bathroom of his store.
He is charged with invasion of privacy.
He owns Sorkin Jewelers on the 700 block of Sansom Street on Jewelers Row.
