Center City's Bellevue Philadelphia will soon get its high-end restaurant back when The Palm reopens next year.
The Palm restaurant at the Bellevue shut down in March to prepare for a renovation after 27 years in operation, slicing a high-end steakhouse from the city's culinary scene and displacing about 50 workers.
The Palm's transformations will soon come to fruition; renovations will be underway in the coming weeks that will bring an entirely new look and feel, including a more contemporary floor plan, updated menu and artwork by local artists.
The Palm is slated to reopen in spring 2017, although a specific timeline was not given.
