Police say a western Pennsylvania man kidnapped another man's girlfriend in a dispute over drugs then kicked her out in a remote area without shoes or a coat on New Year's Eve.
John Colbet, 23, is accused of kidnapping Ashley Nicole Patrick, 19, in New Castle on Saturday night after her boyfriend allegedly did not deliver on a drug deal.
Colbert drove Patrick about 10 miles out of town and threatened to kill her before forcing her out of the vehicle, police said.
Patrick identified Colbert as her kidnapper after walking more than a mile to house where she called 911.
Colbert was released after posting $25,000 bail.
