Pa. Man Accused of Trying to Defraud Casino

The Allentown resident was arrested at a Mississippi casino over the weekend.

Police have arrested a 25-year-old Pennsylvania man accused of trying to get $2,000 cash with a counterfeit credit/debit card over the week at a Mississippi casino.

The Sun Herald reports Eddy Pacheco of Allentown, Pa.
, was arrested Saturday night.
 
Biloxi police said Beau Rivage Resort and Casino reported the fraud after Pacheco presented his identification to obtain the cash and it was determined the card was fraudulent.
 
Pacheco was arrested without incident and was charged with credit/debit card fraud. Judge Albert Fountain issued the arrest warrant and set bond at $25,000. Pacheco was taken to the Harrison County Jail pending an initial appearance.
