A fight at a Chinese food restaurant turned deadly early Saturday morning.
An argument that began inside a Chinese restaurant at 22nd Street and Oxford around 2:30 a.m. was taken outside, where it escalated into gun fire. One man was hit in the chest and died. A 23-year-old woman was shot in the leg, but the wound was not life-threatening.
Authorities said the murder victim was 39-year-old Lawrence Horton, of 200 Collum Street.
The shooter fled the scene and remains at large.
