2 Extricated From RV After Crash

Two people were rushed to the hospital. No word on their conditions

An RV overturned on Route 1 at Quakerbridge Road in West Windsor Township, Mercer County just before 4 p.m. on Monday afternoon, according to police.

Authorities say it overturned on its roof after being hit by 2006 Kia, driven by 22-year-old Fady Abdelhady of King of Prussia. Police aren't sure why the Kia lost control. The car hit a concrete barrier first, before crashing into the side of the RV.

Emergency workers extricated two people from inside, who have been identified as Verne and Louis Beers, from Canada.

Both were taken to Capital Health Systems Regional Medical Center. Their conditions haven't been released.
