A police officer is in the hospital after a car accident in the Feltonville section of the city.
It happened early Wednesday morning on North Front Street and West Rockland Street. Investigators say the crash involved a Dodge Avenger and a police car. While the Dodge flipped over, the woman driving the vehicle was not seriously hurt.
A 42-year-old police officer was taken to Einstein Hospital after complaining of neck and back pain. He’s currently in stable condition.
Investigators are currently on the scene to figure out the cause of the accident.
