Former Phillies outfielder Lenny Dystra will not face sexual assault charges after his housekeeper accused him of forcing her to give oral sex on Saturdays, according to Los Angeles County prosecutors.

Prosecutors say the 41-year-old housekeeper’s claims lacked evidence, reports the LA Times.

One of the problems with the case against Dykstra was that the housekeeper didn’t report the alleged forced oral sex until after Dykstra refused to pay her $2,000 that he owed her, prosecutors say.

The 47-year-old Dykstra, who has been facing numerous legal and financial problems in the past few years, denied the woman’s allegations in a conversation with the Times.

"If she was assaulted on Saturdays, then I'm a … ballerina dancer on Sundays," Dykstra said. "This is a maid. That's not even worth commenting on, are you kidding me?"

The housekeeper told investigators that she "needed the job and the money so she went along with the suspect's requests rather than lose her job," according to the LA County prosecutors’ rejection memo.

The woman "returned to work in the suspect's home with knowledge that she obtained from the Internet of a claim of sexual assault by another woman," the memo said, according to the Times.
