Authorities say a naked man found riding a tricycle at a southern New Jersey apartment complex apparently was under the influence of cocaine.
Lakewood police say 31-year-old Jermaine Jones of Trenton was found under a stairwell Tuesday night at the Crossroads Apartments complex, chewing glass and cigarette tobacco.
Jones was treated at a hospital for minor cuts to his mouth. He was charged with being under the influence of a drug and received a summons for being naked in public.
