A bizarre chain of events early Monday following a three-car accident on Interstate 78 in Upper Macungie Township.
Police say the driver of a 2005 Toyota Corolla lost control of his car and hit a concrete median before slamming into a freight liner and another car.
The man then got out of his car, stripped naked and stood on top of a concrete median on the Interstate, according to State Police at Fogelville.
When officers arrived at the scene, the naked man took off, police said.
Officers were able to chase him down.
The unidentified man now faces charges -- including open lewdness, DUI, accidents causing damage and resisting arrest.
