A Mays Landing man was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexually assaulting a child.
Denis Castellani is facing a list of charges, including aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
The alleged assaults happened when the victim was four-years old and again when the child was five.
Castellani is being held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $150-thousand bail.
