NJ College Student Dies on Campus

A College of New Jersey student is found unresponsive by his roommate and pronounced dead a short time later.

Authorities say the death of a College of New Jersey student who died on campus is not considered suspicious.

The Times of Trenton reports Paul Traina, a junior at the school, was not breathing when he was found by his roommate around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. He was pronounced dead a short time later.

It was not immediately clear what caused the death, but school President R. Barbara Gitenstein said there is no indication of foul play.

Further information on Traina, including his hometown, was not immediately disclosed.
