NJ Boy Struck Twice by Hit-and-Run Drivers

Police are searching for two drivers that apparently left the 10-year-old hospitalized, fighting for life

Pine Hill Police are searching for drivers of two different vehicles that struck a boy Wednesday and left the scene.

Rocky Imbeault, 10, was struck twice, by a gray minivan and then by a gray conversion van while walking along Berlin-Cross Keys Road in Pine Hill, N.J. around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, police say.

Imbeault is in critical, but stable, condition at Cooper University Hospital, according to police.

According to witnesses, Rocky was first hit by a silver or gray minivan. He was hit a second time by a conversion van with a spare tire and ladder on the back. The second vehicle was also gray, although witnesses describe it as two-toned, police say.

Both vehicles were seen fleeing in opposite directions.

Pine Hill police say they are continuing their investigation by reviewing traffic camera footage.

Anyone with any information on the incident is urged to contact Pine Hill Police.

Rocky, a student at School No. 6 in Winslow Township, is currently under sedation. Friends are trying to raise money for his continued recovery.
