NBC10 Welcomes New Reporters Steven Fisher and Aaron Baskerville

NBC10 is strengthening its commitment to providing unparalleled journalism to the Lehigh Valley and Greater Philadelphia with the hiring of reporters Steven Fisher and Aaron Baskerville.

Fisher, a native of Montgomery County, Pa., joins the news team as a reporter in the Lehigh Valley. He comes to NBC10 from WPXI, the NBC affiliate in Pittsburgh. Prior to that, he worked as a general assignment reporter in Harrisburg and Salisbury, Maryland.

A graduate of West Chester University, Fisher is a two-time regional Emmy Award winner receiving nods for his video journalism and feature news reporting.

Baskerville will focus his reporting on the Greater Philadelphia region. He comes east from WXYZ in Detroit where he was a general assignment reporter and fill-in anchor on weekends.

Stations in Illinois, Michigan and New York have also benefited from Baskerville's reporting. His work has been honored by the New York State Broadcasters Association, Associated Press and Michigan Association of Broadcasters.

Baskerville was born in Philadelphia and holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and Master's from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.

“NBC10 is committed to providing the most extensive, local news coverage throughout our 18 county region,” said Anzio Williams, Vice President of News for NBC10 and Telemundo62. “We’re excited that viewers will benefit from Steven and Aaron’s award-winning reporting and unique perspective as they return home to serve the communities in which they grew up.”

Fisher started Monday, July 3 and Baskerville on Monday, August 14.
