Elderly Man Kills Wife, Then Himself Inside South Whitehall Township Home, Officials Say

Warren Munsch, 91, killed his wife Janis Munsch, 81, before killing himself inside their home on Hickory Circle Tuesday night, according to officials.

An elderly husband and wife died in an apparent murder-suicide inside a South Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania, home, officials said.

Warren Munsch, 91, killed his wife Janis Munsch, 81, before killing himself inside their home on Hickory Circle Tuesday night, according to officials.

Janis Munsch died from blunt force trauma inside the home while Warren Munsch died from carbon monoxide poisoning inside a car in the garage, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. 

South Whitehall Township Police are investigating the incident.
