Michael Burns, 30, of the 2700 block of Jefferson Street in Philadelphia, has been missing since Sunday, June 19.
Michael suffers from mental health and behavioral challenges. He is a black male who stands at 6-foot-3, weighs 225 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing black framed glasses, a blue NIKE t-shirt, basketball shorts and Timberland boots.

Denise Kulb, 19, of Philadelphia has been missing since Tuesday. Police say that Denise suffers from disabilities.

She was last seen at the Horizon House on 30th Street between Chestnut and Walnut. Police say that she left Horizon House for an appointment at 11th and Market but never arrived there.
Denise is a white female who stands at 5-feet, weighs 110 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
She was last seen wearing a pink and white striped tank top shirt with black writing, black leggings with lace at the bottom and white flats. She also wears small-rimmed glasses.
Police say that Denise might be in the Frankford area of Philadelphia. They also say that she has not had any contact with associates.

Marsaan Newman
Marsaan Newman, 31, of Oakmont Drive in New Castle, DE has been missing since Thursday morning.
Police say that he does not have a car or access to one and that his mental condition is such that there is a real concern for his welfare.
Newman is a black male who stands at 6-foot-4, weighs 230 pounds and has brown hair, blue eyes and a “chin strap” beard. Police are unsure of the clothes he was wearing when he was last seen.
