Men Arrested for Stealing Vacuum Cleaners: Cops

Men admitted stealing vacuum cleaners to support a heroin habit

Two men were arrested Saturday after allegedly stealing two vacuum cleaners from a Kohl's in Exton, Pa.

Police arrested Brian Patrick, 34, and James Quinn IV, 24, both of Port Deposit, Md. and indicted them on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Investigators say that the men admitted to stealing the merchandise to support their heroin habits.

The men's car was stopped by a Pennsylvania state trooper shortly after speeding out of the parking lot of the store.

Investigators believe that Patrick and Quinn are responsible for similar thefts in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
