Wilmington police have arrested a man they say was on home detention and fitted with an ankle monitoring bracelet after officers found heroin and marijuana in his home.
Officers say they raided the home Friday night and found 78 grams of heroin and 13 grams of marijuana.
Police say the resident, 25-year-old Thaddeus Blackman, is a drug offender and was on home confinement.
Blackman has been charged with possession w/ the intent to deliver heroin and marijuana.
