Police have identified the man who murdered Penn State student Mohan Varughese after Varughese wouldn’t give the keys to his motorcycle to the suspect.
Jeffrey Little, 20, is wanted by police for allegedly shooting 23-year-old Varughese in the head and chest 5:12 p.m. May 9 as Varughese sat on the stoop of his girlfriend’s North Camac Street home.
Police say that Little is considered to be armed and extremely dangerous.
