Twenty-three-year-old Kenneth Gibbs of Fair Lawn was struck around 1:40 p.m. Saturday, just east of the Broadway station near the border of Elmwood Park and Fair Lawn.

No passengers were aboard the Hoboken-bound Bergen County Line train at the time.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
