Man Stabbed to Death in Gray's Ferry

Police are investigating a deadly stabbing in the Gray’s Ferry section of the city.

A 41-year-old man was on the 3100 block of Tasker Street around 4 a.m. on Sunday when an unidentified suspect stabbed him once in the mouth and once in the left arm.

Police say the victim was found lying outside on the pavement. He was taken to Hahnemann Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 4:26 a.m. 

No arrests have been made and police have not yet released a description of any suspects. Homicide detectives continue to investigate.
