A man is in the hospital while another is in custody after a shooting and robbery in the Spring Garden section of the city.
It happened on 9th and Brown Streets Wednesday night. Police say a 39-year-old man was shot in the right shoulder during a robbery. The victim was taken to Hahneman Hospital where he is currently in stable condition.
Police later apprehended a man in his early 20’s on the 700 block of North 7th Street. Investigators have not yet revealed the suspect’s identity.
